Advisory Board:		To help the league with our "ladies first" approach and to ensure the league is also following it's core strategies to improve female hockey through our various Initiatives. To evolve the league to the highest level of development and competition.

Finance Committee Directors:		To develop budgeting, oversee collections and share reporting on a monthly basis. Develop strategies in conjunction with the sponsorship committee to deliver the mission of the best competition at the lowest cost.

Roster Committee Directors:		To review rosters, settle any disputes, determine up front a process to make roster changes later (there was to many adhoc decisions last year) Have all Waiver Forms completed by each team/player and forwarded to league. Work with website and college committees to transisition roster information for league use.

Wpg Weekend Committee Director:		To locate rink, hotel, restaurant and other attractions for all teams competition weekend. Share directions, maps, contacts. Determine at rink food and programs. Foster a welcoming and interacting environment so that all involved in the league have a chance to mix and get to know one another.

Website/Communication Committee Directors:		Website: to maintain and upgrade our website information on a regular basis before, during and after the 2008 season. Work with Stats committee to develop and maintain league stats. Communications - develop communications plan to increase coverage and understanding of the league by using by using publications and 3rd party websites

University and College Committee Directors:		Identify and communicate to all D1 & D3 programs info on the league with a goal to get very high turn out at June Championship. Prepare and e-mail PDF on League and information on each team and roster.Work with teams and communications group to get standard team profiles for use on website and with all target colleges in US & Canada -This group will also outreach to the hockey community working along side the communications group

Sponsorship Committee Directors:		To determine a action plan to solicit sponsorship from various business in both Canada and the US with the view that this money will go towards deferring the costs of improvement programs such as NEXT Testing, playing costs and well as funding for various initiatives such as training and skills

Mentorship/Values Committee Directors:		To develop an action plan surrounding the finding , placing and mentoring of young coaches brought into the league through various initiatives and work along side existing coaches to ensure a seamless process. Also work all levels within the league to attain compliance with our league values including our Code of Conduct
